This feature promised delivery within 30 minutes—or Swiggy covered the cost. Piloted in select locations, it boosted speed by having restaurant partners pre-pack key items, enabling instant order assignment and eliminating first-mile delays.
Food Preparation Time
Swiggy caters to everyone—from cozy local joints to fancy fine dining, with order values just as varied. My research revealed that patience levels differ—premium diners don’t mind the wait, while others want their food, like, now. By factoring in prep time, we fine-tuned delivery estimates, making mealtime smoother for all.
Business Metrics
Restaurant owners need clarity on profitability, visibility, and order growth on Swiggy. I designed an app with real-time revenue and growth metrics to keep them informed and engaged.
